Refund & Revision Policy

We want you to be happy with your designs. This policy explains how revisions work and when a refund is possible.
Revisions
- Every project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote.
- One revision round is one combined list of changes sent together. Sending all your feedback at once helps us work faster.
- Extra revision rounds, or changes that go beyond the original brief, are charged separately. We will always confirm the cost with you first.
Refunds
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin your project, we will refund your advance payment in full.
- After work has started: we charge for the work completed up to cancellation and refund the rest of any advance payment.
- After final delivery or approval: completed and delivered work is not refundable.
- Third-party costs: stock images, fonts or other assets bought for your project cannot be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, project name and the reason for your request. We will reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
If something is not right
If a delivered file does not match what was agreed in your quote, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it at no extra cost.
